    Confidence describes the strength of a specific result given the facts you provided. It is not a legal opinion, an approval, or filing certainty.

Within these public tools, the Decision Record is the unit of value users own, and self-serve modeling is the baseline way the tools are used. Paid Review (Standard or Priority) is an additional workflow layer for scenarios that need escalation, completion support, or reviewer processing. The presence of paid review does not turn a public tool session into an individualized professional engagement; professional services are engaged separately.
